After the success of his earlier event, Caliber Military & Veteran Lending Professional (CMVLP) Brad Stinson hosted another Military Mortgage Boot Camp. Held at the offices of the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS® in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brad hosted 130 real estate professionals – over twice the number who attended his previous event.
During his presentation, Brad provided plenty of VA Loan-related information. Attendees earned three Continuing Education credits while learning how to successfully present VA Loan offers to sellers. He also provided some enlightening VA Loan myth-busting. For example, some home sellers still believe that a VA loan will take months to close, although today’s technology has speeded up every phase of the VA loan process. In addition, VA loans aren’t just for modestly-priced homes, as Jumbo VA loans are widely available.
A former Marine, Brad devoted himself to VA lending after returning from his last overseas deployment in Iraq. When asked why he chose his current career, he stated “I’m doing my part to protect those who served to protect me”.
