VA Lending Leadership

Bryan is focused on expanding the way we support servicemembers and their families in the home lending sphere. His work over the years has driven a sharp increase in Caliber's VA loan originations. After honorably servicing on active duty in the Navy from 1995 - 1998, Bryan went on to earn his MBA and master's degree in HR management from American InterContinental University. Although he started his mortgage banking career in 2002, he remains a member of the United States Naval Reserves. Bryan is a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Freedom Sentinel completing a deployment to Afghanistan in 2015. Today, he serves as the Operations Officer for Naval Cargo Handling Battalion Eleven in Jacksonville, FL.

Brittany is an Air Force military/veteran spouse of 17 years, a community leader, public speaker, and military community connector involved in community leadership since 2005. A mother of two, she is passionate about the integration of military families into the greater society and advocates for hiring of military veterans and spouses nationally. She authored the military spouse workbook Discovering Your Spark and partnered with the USO to bring the content to military spouses around the world. For her pioneering work, she was named the Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year in 2017.

Brittany earned a Bachelor's degree in Community Health and a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management. Brittany has moved 10 times in 17 years and uses her experiences to initiate crucial initiatives and programs to support military and veteran families as they call a new place, home.

As a military/veteran spouse for almost 30 years, Michelle’s commitment to the military and veteran community goes far beyond loans. She has used her career and experiences to focus on and support the betterment of military families. She is passionate about authentic relationships, and defines herself as helping others become the architect of their success.

As a veteran PCS’er herself, Michelle has made a number of moves and purchased and sold as many homes. Within the mortgage industry the last 19 years, she has assisted thousands in their financing needs in her various roles ranging from loan officer, branch manager, coach and trainer, to her latest position with the Caliber Military Lending Group as their Military Client Services Manager. Michelle looks forward to helping guide you through your home financing journey.
