A Military Friendly® Brand Three Years Running

Year after year, Caliber Home Loans, Inc. remains committed to assisting our active military and veterans in every way possible, and it shows! Caliber is honored to have earned the Military Friendly® Brand designation by Viqtory for the third year in a row.

With Bryan Bergjans, SVP, National Director of Military & Retail Business Development at the helm, Caliber’s Military & Veteran initiatives have resulted in Caliber’s increased national presence.

When asked about being named a Military Friendly Brand for 2019, Bryan Bergjans said, “For any organization willing to put themselves out there to be evaluated by others to see if they can cut the mustard, for the coveted Military Friendly Brand logo, says a lot about a company; but, to live up to your promises and commitments year after year, with continued improvements, says a lot about a company’s culture!” 

Caliber strives to support the military community by providing the following:

• Military and Veteran Lending specific designation (CMVLP) – This program provides Caliber team members with the industry’s best training for working with military and veteran families. Over 1,300 Caliber team members have earned their CMVLP designation.
• Dedicated Military lending website where all CMVLPs are listed along with information for eligible VA borrowers.
• Keeping current with VA guideline updates
• Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
• Military document retrieval process

In keeping with our commitment to military families, Caliber extended the company Military Leave policy from six to twelve months, making it easier for an employee on active duty or reserve to take paid leave from their job.
